public interface NativeValue
Zero-copy wrapper around an exact-adapter native value.

Values obtained from packet views are borrowed for that view's lifetime. Utility-created values follow the utility's ownership contract and are not automatically dispatch-scoped. nativeHandle() neither copies the value nor transfers ownership; retaining a raw handle does not make borrowed data safe after the view expires.
